FAQ's

  • Are sessions in person or online?
    All sessions are held online via Zoom. You'll receive an email with the meeting ID to login. I utilize video, audio, and screen sharing during our meetings. For emailed readings, you will submit your request via email allow 48-72 hours for a reply.
  • When will our appointment be scheduled?
    I will reach out within 24-48 hours to schedule Readings and Coaching Sessions.
  • What are your working hours?
    I'm incredibly flexible when it comes to booking sessions. I understand my clients work schedules, and work with them to find a time that works for both of us. This includes early evening or even Saturday sessions.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes absolutely! I offer payment plans for all of my coaching packages. You can access them on the Purchase Plan page.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    There are no refunds or cancellations. By purchasing any product of service offering you. You are agreeing to the terms and conditions found here.
  • What do I do if I need to reschedule?
    I require 48 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule. Please email info@thesaltyalchemist.com to submit your request. We'll work to get you back on the books as soon as possible. Please reach out via email in the event of an emergency, and I'll do my best to accommodate. I understand life can be unpredictable at times. So please don't ever think you can't reach out if that happens.
