You Are More Than Your Pain

You get to be a magnet for all the beautiful things you desire in this world, not just the pain you've endured.

The pain always serves a purpose.

That doesn't mean it always makes sense.

It provides us with an opportunity to choose to shift into love.

It forces us to embrace the darkest parts of our shadows, to hold them, and to let them know that no matter how dark it feels they will always be worthy of love.

If there's a version of you that believes there is only pain and is at odds with trusting life, you have permission to release this old version of yourself.

Will you take it?

Will you set yourself free?

Or are you afraid of what will be?

Are you afraid you'll be met with nothingness?

Because I assure you, as you shine your light out others will seek to shine their light back to you.

Shine your light, because it brings you joy.

Not for how it will be perceived or received by others.

Your light may be intended to poke the darkness of others.

What would happen if you allowed the darkness in others to dim your light?

Who really loses in the end?

Those who have been in the dark will remain as they were.

Those who fall victim to their darkness will now join them.

You need only be concerned with those who want to and are ready to join you in the light.

You have to allow others the freedom to choose their own karmic path.
